Week Three

For week three, we had to do some box modelling using Cinema 4D to create a low poly person.
We set the background of the front and side views with picture of someone in a cruciform character modelling pose, and loaded in a cube.
By default the cube in Cinema 4D is set at 2 metres (for ease with exporting to Unity etc), so I adjusted the size and created a rough head shape.
From there, I just kept extruding the surfaces and adjusting the points, using the picture as a basis.

After I had a head and a torso modelled, I needed to use the symmetry tool to create the arms and legs.
Firstly, I deleted one half of my torso/head.

I then continued to extrude both arms and legs, adjusting the points just how I had done previously.
