Digital is the idea of anything binary.
Computers are coded in 0 and 1, with 0 being off and 1 being on.
Computers allow

-Digital things are automated because they’re related to the industry.
– They are very often related to or tied economic gain.
– Built in place less ness.
– The digital world allows you to be place less.
– Also means timeless, can communicate with people in different time zones.
– Not limited to living time in this moment, can store things for the future and can access the past.

As a practice for our Digital Narrative, we tried a technique of video editing that had been previously demonstrated by a fellow course member of the year above . Using Premiere, we had to film our own 1 second videos and then edit them in time to a piece of appropriate music. Unfortunately I only had an iPhone 6 to film with and could only seem to find time to film at night so the final edit wasn’t the best. There is also a problem with the render (something to do with field order and phasing) that I couldn’t entirely work out and fix giving this accidental flickering and distorted effect.
