Now that we had the idea what we wanted to do and a storyboard to follow we could go to London and get all of the footage we would need, giving us a tonne of time to focus on the other parts of the project. The most important aspect was to make sure the shots were good and the camera was static to avoid as little correcting/stabilising needing to be done in After Effects.
We also decided on our various sound elements. For the soundtrack, we each suggested 3 songs and as a group decided on the most fitting song. We chose
Lewi B- King of Grime, as we wanted a dark atmospheric track that would match the on-screen action.
For sound FX, we will use samples of common city noises such as cars, horns, people, as well as our recordings from our filming session.
